RMA request form

      RMA service condition:
      the applicant must complete this form
      – a copy of the RMA form must be returned together with the product.
      – The product must be shipped in the original packaging without adhesive tape or text.

     NB: before you return the product to Scheepsstudio, you must first have an RMA number.

      Important: You are expected to have taken note of the warranty conditions before returning the RMA request form.

      Return the item with the RMA form to:

     The Netherlands.

     NB: The sender is liable for the product until it arrives at Scheepsstudio.
